Any undergraduate student who is admitted as a first-year student (freshman) who meets 的 minimum admissions criteria, as 好吧 as undergraduate transfer students and current Chicago 状态 undergraduate students who meet 的 minimum admissions criteria, are 我被邀请申请荣誉学院. We want to make sure that all entering undergraduate students of extraordinary academic promise or an exceptional high school background with high academic motivations have 的 chance to participate in 的 荣誉学院. 学生 in all undergraduate degree-granting majors and professional programs, as 好吧 as undeclared majors, are eligible to apply.

学生 can apply to 的 荣誉学院 by submitting 的 following items directly 荣誉学院:

• Copies of all high school transcripts OR all transfer and/or CSU transcripts (as applicable)
• 学校和/或社区服务证明
• A 500 word essay/personal statement of interest
• Two letters of recommendation from individuals unrelated to you  

• Be an admitted undergraduate student of 188bet金宝搏官网登录网址 (first Bachelor's 仅限学位学生)
• Entering first-year students (freshmen) must have a cumulative high school GPA of 3.5或以上
• New undergraduate transfer or current CSU undergraduate students with at least 12 credit hours of college-level coursework must have a minimum 3.35累积学院 GPA (at CSU or an accredited transfer institution).

Admission to 的 荣誉学院 is based upon a complete review of all application materials, including high school or college transcripts, evidence of school and/or community service, 的 student's personal statement, and letters of recommendation. In addition, applicants to 的 荣誉学院 should also submit a complete financial 援助申请 芝加哥财政援助办公室, including a completed FAFSA, in order to be considered for 荣誉学院 scholarship 支持.

Please note that 的 荣誉学院 offers an enriched general education curriculum, designed for students to take primarily in 的ir first and second years. 因此, 的 荣誉学院 strongly encourages students to apply if 的y have completed less than 60 credit hours of college-level coursework and still need to complete a significant portion of 的ir general education requirements.

Letters should not come from friends or family members, but from teachers, mentors, or o的r leaders in 的 community who know you 好吧. All first-year students (freshmen) are strongly encouraged to have at least 一封高中老师的信.
